  • While working with the marine spatial planning team within the Marine Institute, I honed my skills in GIS software such as ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, building experience with real-world situations and finding solutions to better express complex data. I developed a comprehensive understanding of GIS, StoryMap and Dashboard building, and marine planning. This role also involved working closely with a supervisor where I was allowed to think creatively to determine the best way to use GIS programs and to effectively communicate data to stakeholders. Apart from my main tasks, I assisted the MSP data management team to assist with data analysis and create designs for outreach events.

I enjoy the outdoors as an avid camper, hiker and fisherman I have played sports my entire life with a love for GAA and field sports I strive to stay active and on my feet I have a keen interest in arts and music through playing the violin and drawing
