Aviation enthusiast with over 20 years of experience within the aviation industry with a background in engineering, flying, continuing airworthiness and leasing. Excellent reputation for resolving problems, critical thinking, safety-minded professional with the ability to adapt to various conditions. Eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge base.
After graduating from my apprenticeship, I worked as a line maintenance engineer with SR Technics. I soon became a valued member of the crew due to my keen interest and knowledge in aviation, my ability to work as part of a team, and my ability to accept new challenges. I was elected student council treasurer during my flight training at FTE Jerez in Spain. My responsibilities included liaising with the student body and college management to coordinate events for the students, with the personal and sole responsibility for the financial aspects of the committee.
On joining Qatar Airways as a second officer in 2010, I obtained roles as first officer, senior first officer on A320 & B787 before progressing to Captain on the B787 Dreamliner. Since leaving Qatar I have continued to expand my skills and knowledge through continued learning with various courses within the aviation industry and taking up positions in both CAMO and the aircraft leasing sector's. I look forward to the next challenge.
