Data Platform 2023-Current

• Responsible for managing the ingress and egress of data from the platform.
• Became tech lead on the flagship AI feature being developed by the company. As well developing this feature at the pace required to match market demands, this involved regularly attending product meetings with PM, UX and senior leaders to help shape the vision of the product.
• Technologies used in this team included Python, FastAPI, Typescript, React, AWS (DynamoDB, S3), Java.

Survey Taking 2022-2023

• Responsible for maintaining the core functionality of the business.
• Had the opportunity to maintain high volume systems involving millions of users on a daily basis.
• Designed and implemented two key new features into the survey taking experience which are widely used today.
• Technologies used in this team included Typescript, Node.js, AWS (EC2, RDS, ELB, S3), MongoDB.

Engineering Services 2021-2022

• Owned the design, implementation and management of a custom feature on top of core product functionality for DPDHL.
• Solely responsible for two high value custom client implementations (Bain & NHS) which required regular consultations with clients to discuss needs and address concerns.
• Technologies used in this team included Python, Javascript, Node.js, AWS (EC2, RDS, ELB, S3), PostgreSQL, Golang, React.

• Processed and analysed data in Python using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• Created a suite of custom reports using Power BI and advanced Excel techniques.
• Responsible for regularly providing business-critical reports.
• Queried the company's MySQL database upon request.
