  • Throughout my 20 years working in the ECEC sector, I have worked hard to achieve qualification levels starting from Fetac Level 6 all the way up to currently achieving my degree
  • I take part in regular CPD with BetterStart, Barnardos, Early Childhood Ireland, and through the Childcare Committee
  • On completion of my Level 7 degree, I also achieved an award for highest academic achievement
  • I began working in the sector when I was 18, and since then, I have worked my way up from room leader to manager to now owning my own ECEC service
