I worked for four and a half years at a school of special needs students. I was always in charge of a course, which allowed me to work collaboratively with my class assistant and the school's multidisciplinary team. I had the opportunity to work with a class for three years and see their educational progress, they incredibly improved their disruptive behavior, their communication skills and their curiosity to explore. There I realized that the key to that success was establishing a work routine, clear rules, interesting activities and constant participation. I stand out for looking for innovative activities that also fit the needs and interests of my students. I like to use information and communication technology resources as well as gamification in the educational process. However, what I like most is learning new things.
