Arianna Delaney

As part of my work experience, I did the following :

• I got a tour of both factories, 1st factory there were making of all the parts of the transformers and in the 2nd factory was the assembling of the transformers
• I also got loads of projects to complete on CREO which is an app that lets you design multiple parts of things such as parts of the transformer but I designed 3D models like a HV Connector
• On my last day of work experience I got to design a 3D model of the Kyte site

My job was to help supervise the children and involved :

• Set up drills and games for the head coaches
• Demonstrate the drills for the children
• Split them into groups and teams

My main achievements were as follows:

• Developed my teamwork and supervisory skills
• Improved my task organisational skills
• Dealing with children and helping them improve their GAA skills
• Learning to take instruction from the head coaches

My job was to help support the head coaches, and that involved :

• Helping with drills and games for the head coaches
• Assisted with setting up the drills for the children
• Split them into groups and teams.

My main achievements were as follows:

• My first actual work experience
• Learned about task organisational skills
• Dealing with children and helping them improve their GAA skills
• Learning to take instructions from the head coaches
