• Manage routine and complex acute and chronic adult cardiac problems.

• Performed various procedures in ICU, e.g., Passing ETT, CVP Line and Temporary HD Catheter.

Learned BLS and many Interventions, including I.V Cannulation, Nasogastric Tube Insertion, ETT, CVP, Foley's Catheterization, Lumbar Puncture, and Diagnostic/Therapeutic Ascitic tap.
• Department of Pulmonology: Managed patients with Exacerbation of Asthma, COPD, Respiratory Failure, Chronic Respiratory illnesses, and TB. Performed Chest tube Intubation, Spirometry, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Pleural Tap, and observed many other interventions.
• Department of General Surgery: Managed patients with RTA, Burn and other Surgical Emergencies in the ER. Handled Acute cases of Appendicitis, Cholecystitis. Performed Appendectomy under supervision & assisted in many Laparoscopic Surgical Procedures ranging from Appendectomy to CA colorectal but not limited to suturing of skin and Needle Thoracostomy.
• Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology: Managed Patients of Pre-eclampsia, Eclampsia and DIC in Gynae ER & Emergencies like PV bleeding, PPH, GDM, PIH conservatively. Rotated in Gynae/Antenatal OPD, Ward and Labour Room. Under supervision, performed C-sections, Episiotomy, T-Tube insertion & CTG.

• Participated in daily academic sessions and attended ward rounds.
• Observed care of all cardiac and general thoracic patients in the outpatient clinic, ward, operating room, and cardiac intensive care unit (CICU).

• Rotated through different departments; Histopathology, Cytopathology, Hematopathology, Clinical Chemistry, Molecular biology, Blood bank, and Microbiology.
• Examined samples to determine whether there are any abnormalities to cause concern.
• Prepared full reports of findings, whether positive or negative.
