  • Created process pathways for the executive recruitment division including but not limited to templates for Executive briefs, Competency profile, Capability Matrix, Evaluation Matrix, Timelines, Interview summaries, candidates profiles etc,.
  • Trained a fairly new team in the processes and documentation, client engagement, business development and outlined the KPIs.
  • Led the client engagement and recruitment for an Executive Director position for Latina Chief's first ever Development sector client.
  • Led the full cycle recruitment of HR Director search for a fortune 500 Construction company.

Being a part of Trust & Safety talent acquisition team, I have first hand experience of initiatives running and underway to make the platform safer for the community especially underage users. My day-to-day roles and responsibilities involve-

  • Managed full-cycle leadership recruitment processes within Trust & Safety unit globally, from job posting creation to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Executed recruiting process, including developing sourcing strategy (proactively networking, cold calling, resume mining, database searching, etc.), pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating, and qualifying candidates.
  • Operated and maintained applicant tracking and candidate management systems.

  • With Dublin being the Trust & Safety hub of TikTok across Europe, built out the processes, engagement pathways and documentation for the newly build leadership TA pod.
