I am currently working in Tente in Ballymote

. I have worked my way from the bottom up to supervisor. My duties include assigning work to people, making sure it's done to a high standard.

Changing and printing orders on machines, monitoring the planning board for tool changes

making sure materials are in dryers for upcoming production runs.

Training operators to run machines and robots, keeping training records of operators, and making sure everyone is as safe as possible at work

My duties were to sand down the steps, risers, and strings, then assemble the staircase, and check it for any stray nails.
