Our staff are from all countries and all different age brackets from 16yr olds to our oldest employee, 74 yrs - who recently retired. Outside of my working life, I sing in St Mels cathedral choir/taught choir in my local church for 20 yrs/ actively involved in our village communty/organise events.

- I have been self-employed for most of my working life...together with my husband we built and developed a successful boutique hotel, bar and restaurant and I have been working solidly in that area for the last 30 years. Expanded business from a team of 2 to currently managing a staff of 40. I accumulated extensive expertise in various departments of the hospitality business by actively participating and working across all areas throughout Actively planning to transition out of current role while pursuing ongoing education with PCI COLLEGE, Athlone.
In a previous life, I was a qualified Violin teacher and taught string orchestras in many schools throughout the midlands.
