Accomplishments

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion DEI, I am most proud of launching an affinity group within Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion DEI at our fulfillment center in 2023. This initiative successfully engaged stakeholders across both night shift and day shift, promoting an inclusive atmosphere within the workplace. Additionally, I planned and executed three site-wide events, each attended by over 350 associates and their families, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Associate Safety Committee ASC, I am most proud of spearheading the relaunch of the Associate Safety Committee ASC at our site, fostering collaboration between employees and senior operations for both dayshift and nightshift teams. Since 2020, this initiative has resulted in the identification and completion of over 50 actions aimed at improving safety measures and overall satisfaction for employees.
