My responsibility's included all crewing of about 50 techs all over the country on a daily basis ,i did this for about 5 years .I also provisioned all virgin media jobs that came into our provisioning queue . I would confirm customer appointments and deal with technicians on the phone and help them with issues related to provisioning .

In 2019 i changed positions and work now with the finance team .

I am solely responsible for all costings and all invoicing to Virgin media .

I deal directly with the managing Director .

I also approve all job tasks that the techs send in to confirm they have chosen the correct code and that the tech has completed the task he has claimed for.

i looked after all orders for house keeping raising Po's from procurement .

Curves gym is a ladies only workout .the reason its ladies only is that some women

would be intimated to go to the normal gym .It gave a safe space for the normal women

who just wanted to get healthy .

I managed all the day to day running of the club ,and also did a lot of marketing .

I would motivate the women to reach there goals ,while making the workout fun .

I was a self motivated sales assistant, that worked towards a weekly target .

I was responsible for high end quality jewellery. I managed the displays and

gave top quality customer service .My favourite part of this job was ,dealing with

a customer that was buying an engagement ring making sure they received the best

ring for there budget and for there taste .
