AB Feeds Ltd was an importer and distributor of pet food supplying pet shops, garden centres, retail outlets and veterinary practices throughout Ireland. During my time in AB Feeds Ltd I had to fulfill many roles including rigid truck driver, van driver, forklift driver, office work, book keeping, accounts receivable and payable. I had to manage the process from receipt of customer order to delivery of customer order to their premises completing the process as quickly as possible ensuring order and invoice were correct and delivering customer satisfaction. My duties also included:

• Ensured vehicle cleanliness for professional representation of company image.
• Followed traffic laws diligently, ensuring safe delivery of goods.
• Achieved fuel efficiency by planning optimal routes and driving mindfully.
• Improved customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.
• Utilised navigational apps proficiently to locate delivery addresses quickly.
• Developed strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
• Handled paperwork related to deliveries, resulting in organised records.
• Maintained high safety standards with regular truck check-ups and maintenance.
• Operated truck in urban, suburban and rural environments, in all types of weather conditions.
• Performed loading and offloading of trucks, using pallet jacks and forklift trucks.
