• Lead a distributed team of 15 TA professionals covering Engineering and Product.

  Achievements:
• Created a roadmap for TA Infrastructure. As the company does not have processes documented and there are gaps in the foundation of how we operate, my first mission was to define and document our ways of working, create the set-up for our team to do their best work
• Implementing (WIP) an automated scheduling system to sit on top of our ATS. With recruiters wasting 20% of their time on manual scheduling, this is a big driver of our inefficiencies
• Set-up consistent weekly reporting to P&T Leadership on all things hiring. It's an evolution phase as we scale our reporting capabilities
• Established a goaling framework and OKRs for the team to follow

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of 5 Recruiters and 3 sourcers focused on Sales and Business Hiring across EMEA delivering YoY 210+ hires
• Lead the Talent Acquisition for G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, CEO office, etc), Data & Systems, Payroll product org, and the Sales Existing business hiring (Account Managers, CSMs, Payroll sales, etc)
• Partner closely with 4 execs and 6VPs on defining and executing on the hiring strategy every 6 months with quarterly review focused on achieving BIS strategy + hiring ahead of attrition
• Partner with People Analytics to create and refine recruiting dashboards and deliver to key stakeholders at weekly staff meetings.

• Own all Data Enablement for Personio TA - Tableau visualisation of KPI’s and Benchmarks, Service Delivery and Training for Recruiters
• Took underperforming team in 2022 to 120% target achievement in 2023 and 104% in 2024.
• Increased team productivity from 1.8 hires per month when I joined to 3.5 currently (best performing team across TA)
• Lead Structured Interviewing project across Business hiring - standardise interview steps and stages, create competencies per stage and IQB for each competency.

• Lead an Engineering focused TA team of 3 Recruiters

• Employer Branding Lead Ambassador for EMEA – Led a project with our Marketing colleagues that resulted in 80 active applications and 4 Senior Hires for niche roles.
• Project Leader for Candidate experience – drove several projects in the past 12 months to drive the candidate engagement and overall experience. Lead the EMEA Sales recruitment – new business Sales in Germany, Poland, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy and Portugal

• Responsible for recruiting senior roles on Airbnb account: Team Leads, Group Managers and Ops Managers
• Recruitment Project Lead for opening new site in Bucharest, Romania (150+ multilingual agents + 6 Team Leads)
