In this role, my responsibilities were to coordinate the product quality, quality management and environmental teams with 30 people (direct and indirect) on the team to guarantee and comply with the regulations for services provided to the Metropolitan Region of Maceió, state of Alagoas. As my main activities were monitoring raw water collection, treatment and distribution of water for human consumption services, serving approximately 1.5 million inhabitants in the stretch with 13 cities served, in addition to guaranteeing the same people the certification of collection and treatment of sewage meeting specifications in our stations. Despite this, I was also responsible for the environmental regularization of the entire Metropolitan Regional Structures site; Chemical technician responsible for the regional chemistry council (RCC) and relationship and reporting of data to the corporate of quality and environmental indicators. In addition, the management of Environmental Licenses and Conditions and their services and service reports to report to the licensing body Collection and analysis management. Participate daily in various relationships with stakeholders (Health and Environment Departments, regulatory agencies and other government entities) and the assessment and monitoring of environmental liabilities in areas of possible contamination inherited from the assets of the former system operator and the management of environmental incidents with root cause investigations and action planning through the tracking environment.
Activities related to finance were also part of the preparation of budget management for the quality and environment (QE) area - Opex and Capex and the implementation of environmental management in the region, management of chemical storage and waste disposal, investigation and reporting of environmental incidents, selective collection, atmospheric emissions and environmental noise) made part of my routine.

Routine process engineering management for the whole cement manufacturing unit and monitoring, testing and calculations to ensure results and equipment performance and product quality with daily monitoring of equipment process charts with on-demand and practical decision making through software such as: Linkman ABB, Process Information and SAP for root cause analysis through methodologies such as Pareto, 5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa, Brainstorm. Performance in two plants of the group consisting of limestone and clay pre-homogenisers, 205 tph ball mill, 2,200 tpd clinker kiln, 1,000 tpd pozzolana calcination rotary kiln, 2x60 tph cement ball mills, with Capacity production of 1.7 Mpa of cement serving the markets of Mato Grosso, South of Rondônia and South of Pará in Brazil.

In this company I was responsible for creating plant process engineering routines (measurements, monitoring and tests to guarantee results and equipment performance and product quality) and working as the Process Engineer ensuring compliance with measurements and guaranteeing equipment performance. I actively participated in the assembly and commissioning of the 35-Gcal-Dynamis burner in the FLSmitdh 2 furnace plant. The atmospheric emissions from the furnaces and grinding circuits that were part of the plant's operating license and for the purpose of waste co-processing were evaluated daily. Furthermore, in this role, I managed 5 direct people with the annual result under my responsibility of thermal replacement and waste utilization being around 1 million euros/year with savings on fossil fuels. Within the responsibilities, accountability and preparation of thermal destruction certificates for clients were still inherent to the role. The coordination of activities also included ensuring the performance of the solid and liquid waste dosing circuit in partnership with plant maintenance.

Implementation of the quality management system based on ISO 9001: 2008 in the cement manufacturing industry with more than 300 employees. Implementation of an environmental management system based on ISO 14001: 2015. Preparation and adaptation of companies for internal and external audits. Internal Auditor in ISO 9001:2015. Management and adaptation of documents for the PETRONET system of Petrobrás suppliers in various companies (Oil and Gas Consultancies). Experience in cement, concrete and lime segment; petrochemical, various consultancies, accounting offices, food (salt producing industries, meal suppliers). Several training in management.

In this company, I was responsible for leading and developing new quality control methods and processes and implementing procedures and strategies developed to identify and correct critical points in order to standardize and optimize works within the company's technical standards and norms. Despite this, I managed the nonconformities generated, provided corrective actions to eliminate any nonconformities and implemented and managed the entire Quality Management System - QMS, to contribute to the improvement of processes, information systems and quality of products, services and maintenance of certification ISO standards, participating in quality committee meetings for critical analysis of the system. Furthermore, as a quality manager, he covered the activities of the analysis laboratory with 25 people in shifts.

In this function, in parallel the use of alternative fuels and raw materials for co-processing of waste using the technique of thermal destruction of clinker in rotary kilns employing replacement with alternative raw materials or solid and liquid fuels as alternative fuels. Use of ~60 kt per year of alternative raw material with a gain for the company of approximately US$10 million per year (R$) between revenue and raw material savings. Use of waste from the oil industry in a pasty fluid supply system with netzsch piston pumps in the calciner. Still in this role, use of approximately 24 kt per year of industrial waste with high lower calorific value (3000-4000 LCV) with revenue and savings in fossil fuel (petroleum coke) for the company of R$ 5 million per year and the operation in management and hiring training, prospecting for new customers and partners, developing partnerships and operating dosing circuits.

The training included systematic training in various business areas: Limestone mining, Electrical maintenance, automation (PLCs and ladder language) and instrumentation, Mechanical Maintenance, Process and production (crusher hammers, stacker and reclaimer chevron continuous type, vertical and horizontal mills, cyclone towers with precalciner ILC, Chinese rotary kilns, coolers IKN, packers and sat there); Quality control of the final product and intermediates, Co-processing of waste, Marketing and sales, Management and Financial Management, Supplies. With this systematic objective to develop extensive knowledge of the business and develop leadership skills to take on the future positions of strategic management within the organization.
