◦ Objective : Separation of materials used in DEXCOM CGM Applicators i.e. different types of plastics and metals.
◦ Design and implementation of this separation machine.
◦ Designed the machine to implement a multistage float-sink mechanism.
◦ Created logics to control solenoid valves,submersible pumps, and level sensors with PLC ◦ Interfaced Mitsubishi FX ge 24M PLC with multiple pneumatic actuators.
• Rubik's Cube Solver) (PLC Project) ( OCT'15 2024- DEC' 21 2024)
◦ Objective : Solve a Rubik's cube.
◦ Integrated Allen Bradley PLC with Raspberry Pi.
◦ Interfaced multiple pneumatic linear and rotary actuators controlled by PLC to implement the rotation algorithm to solve the cube.
◦ Interfaced Cognex camera to recognize colours on each face of the rubric's cube.
• Universal Remote Control For simplified Home Automation (Research Project) ( FEB'7 2023- JUNE'8 2023)
◦ Objective :Simplification of home automation devices and connecting multiple appliances under a single network.
◦ Studied various papers related to different IR/RF protocols and now working on improving the IR blaster system design.
• Smart Medicine Dispenser (Smart India Hackathon 2023) ( SEP'8 2023- JUNE'15 2024)
◦ Objective : Research to out the flaws in the existing designs of medicine vending machines that have not allowed it to become a valid product.
◦ Designed a working prototype and qualified to stage 2 of the Hackathon.
