  • I care for many patients who are intubated and dependent on a ventilator, patients on dialysis and patients on intra-aortic balloon pumps.

  • Being the patients advocate and giving holistic care to the patient is a very important aspect of the nurse’s role in ICU.
  • I carried out audits to ensure high levels of care are maintained to ensure best patient outcomes and safety.
