I have gained invaluable experience working in my previous position as a Special Needs Assistant in Windfield National school. I had the opportunity of working closely with teaching staff and the Special Education teacher. I had the opportunity of working in all classrooms which was a huge learning experience I am a team player who develops and maintains a strong rapport with students, parents and faculty.

I am committed to meeting the needs of the pupils academically, personally and socially by assisting the pupils integrate into an inclusive learning environment which caters for their individual needs.
