  • Conducted a legal test based on Section 39 of the Charities Act 2009 in Ireland on a number of Organizations applying to be registered as a charity. This included reviewing numerous documents relating to the governance, finances and activities of each organization.
  • Communicated with the public regarding the legal requirements and the robust legal process that they will be undertaking, which included being a point of contact for all cases assigned directly to me via email, phone or meetings.
  • Led a project team as a Project Manager with 3 reporting staff, which included optimizing resource allocation and improving the existing Register of Charities in Ireland.
  • Handled administrative tasks for the unit when required including updating Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Trained and guided new team members on the process and legal requirements required to complete the tasks included in this role.
