• Provide management and guidance toward successful collaboration with multi-functional groups and direct project team responsible for implementation of Jabil’s strategies.

• Leading Project management teams to ensure on-time task completion, quality requirements, effective teamwork, good motivation and effective cross-team-stakeholders communication
• Planning, implementing and co-ordinating New Product Introductions to include: project charter/timeline (Gantt Charts, MS Project),SAP BOM setup, product design/specifications review, trials, validations, training, process & equipment lay-out, SOPs
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing - implementation of lean principles and tools techniques 5S, Kaizen, 5W, PDCA, DMAIC to optimise processes and improve manufacturing efficiency
• Training, mentoring and coordinating work of newly hired team members and supervising their first projects

• Worked independently during line set-ups and product change-overs and as part of a team during production process for variety of products in manual/final assembly operations
• Ensure that final products meet high-quality standards
• Help to develop work instructions and assembly methods for standard operating procedures
• Testing products in line with test procedures and escalating malfunctions or yield issues
• Provide assistance/training to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety

• Monitoring stock and taking orders directly from the clients and working closely with marketing representatives
