Airplane Wing Assembly Technician

- Carried out assembly aircraft component for A320/A321 Airbus Family which assemble a metallic part to aircraft composite component such as Leading Edge, Trailing Edge, Aileron, and Sharklet
- Its through process such as countersinking, applying sealant, Measurement check for bolt and nut flushness according to work instruction and parts lustrated referring manual
- Carry out the drilling and installation of components onto airplane wing panels
- Manufacturing skills encompass sealing, fastening, electrical bonding, composite repair, and digital dimensional measurement
- Ensure that assemblies adhere to specified plans and technical requirements
- Review and approve manufacturing codes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Evaluate and approve manufacturing descriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Perform In-Process Quality Checks (ICY) on End of Part (EOP) and Critical Part List (CPL)
- Execute drilling operations using Computerized Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Spacematic equipment, and manual drilling techniques
- Install, remove, and perform milling operations for riveting processes
- Set Microstopper and execute processes related to Countersink (CSK)
- Apply sealants with precision in various applications such as fillet, wet assembly, interfray, and encapsulation
- Conduct Counterbore (C'bore) and Spotfacing operations with accuracy
- Apply chemicals such as Hysol, Blueice, Araldite, etc., ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols
- Perform deburring operations to ensure the removal of any sharp edges or imperfections
- Install bolts and safety components with precise torque measurements
- Engrave and ink part marks on components for identification purposes
- Execute Alodine processes following established procedures
