During my placement at Mahon Hall Care Home, I gained valuable hands-on experience. My responsibilities included assisting with daily living activities, engaging residents in social and recreational activities, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, working closely with healthcare professionals and communicating with the residents. This experience enhanced my ability to work in a team, adapt to different situations, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in a care environment.
