Adam Guilfoyle

• Coach with 2012 Boys as well as Video Analysis for all league ETP teams
• Coaching twice weekly with development squad focusing on key fundamental learning and ensuring lots of contact time with the football
• Completing video analysis on softwares such as Hudl and Veo
• Creating specific Individual Development Plans for each player in the squad to ensure targeted learning and an information based document to allow the players to learn and engage based on video clips, position specific coaching and goal setting

• Working with clubs such as Knigh United in Tipperary, Leading coaching sessions in UL with multiple age groups of players both boys and girls and also helping with schools such as Thurles Ursuline
• Planning, Leading and Reviewing sessions detailed to technical ball mastery including dynamic warm ups with possession and dribbling based sessions
• Working with current Kennedy Cup head coach for NTSFL

Limerick Junior Division

• Played with Nenagh AFC until u15 in the NTSFL winning league and cup titles along with the SFAI Regions Cup in 2017 and reaching a National Cup Quarter Final losing out to Belvedere
• Continued into the Limerick Junior Division with Nenagh AFC where I am currently playing

Playing a wide range of positions mainly Centre Back, Left Back and Central Midfield

• Played as part of the NTSFL Development Squad from u11 to u16/17
• Played in competitions such as the Interleague, Midlands Cup and Winning in the Galway Cup

• Working as assistant coach with COE groups, Girls u13 and u15 squads

• Worked as assistant coach to head coaches Irene Hehir and Joan Croke and Lead Coach Richie Smith

• Led warm ups and Activation including Resistance Bands

• Assistant coach in drills focusing on individual player coaching and "Coaching in the flow"

Targeting specific groups whilst in phases of play to provide individual coaching points

• Assistant coach during sessions helping coaches such as Tom Elmes and James Scott to provide assistant to groups whilst sessions were undertaken
• Completing and assisting in GK Sessions focusing on reactions and range of movement producing high intensity sessions to allow GKs to be warmed up for games
• Organising and assisting with James Scott for presentations held with groups of players to provide key information and the programmer produced by the FAI

• Organised kick offs and finish times for Primary 5 games to ensure smooth running competition
• Managed a group of TY Students who refereed games, supervised to ensure fairness and standards were met
• Detailing results, fixtures and providing information to teachers and coaches of stages of competition

• Organising fun and engaging training sessions
• Ensuring a positive atmosphere that promotes the enjoyment of the sport and exercise
• Maintaining a safe space for play showing strong knowledge in Safeguarding and Health and Safety protocols
