Adam Carry Brodigan

I worked here as part of my mandatory work experience for TY (Transition year),here I enjoyed partaking in the daily tasks of a teacher and learning new skills such as communication and leadership skills while also learning what it is like to be part of a team, such as,

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised class environment.
• Helping organising and explaining activities during exercises such as physical education and playtime.
• Helping teachers monitor playtime activities during break times.
• Worked with large groups of children during physical education

I have gained many skills from this work experience that I feel will help me work as a part of your team , some of these skills include working as part of a team, time management skills , planning and organising , leadership skills , initiative , self-motivation and much more

I worked here during the summer of 2023 , helping to complete tasks and helping out as much as I could. I enjoyed working in this field, some of the jobs i had were,

• Sorted construction waste to properly dispose of recyclables, and hazardous materials.
• Transported requested building materials safely to relevant site areas.
• Maintained tools and equipment in proper working order, storing items properly to reduce wear and damage.
• Shadowing higher qualified labourers and taking note of their method of work.

I also gained skills from this line of work such as teamwork skills, time management , attention to detail and problem solving skills

I have been an employee in this establishment working part time , on weekends. I have gained many skills in my time working such as ,

• managing a heavy work load.
• Performing well under pressure.
• successfully trained new employees with a positive attitude.
• I also improved previous skills as mentioned above , while also gaining skills such as social skills and multi tasking skills.
