Roles & Responsibilities – Design & Product Development

• New product development – product designing, prototype development, sourcing of raw materials and implementation of the actual product(fans)
• Establishing, maintaining & implementation of project files for each new design and keeping it updated for the weekly reviews.
• Establishing, implementation and maintaining documentation related to design and development activity.
• Presenting and obtaining approvals of the designs/drawings from the sales team of the final design for further processing.
• New vendor development – Vendor selection process across Pan India
• Quality Control – Maintaining, reviewing and monitoring the quality of the raw materials and the final product.
• Packaging – Design selection and content management of the new packing for the products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Production and Quality in press shop.
• Draw up Master Schedule to establish sequence and Lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates as per dispatch schedule.
• Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations
• Preparing and sharing production reports with department supervisors to determine the status of assigned projects.
• Preparing and Managing Skill Matrix for Production Workers based on their Performances.
