A dedicated , enthusiastic and hard working individual pursuing my interest in sport and fitness. With hands on experience working in a gym environment I have developed a tremendous amount of confidence working with clients helping them achieve their goals, with experience working with all ages from 4 years old all the way up to 70 years old coaching Kids, Teens and Adults strength and conditioning classes daily. My past coursework combined with my practical experience has equipped me with the knowledge to create tailored workout plans, provide overall guidance and motivate clients to achieve their goals. Always willing to learn more in the fitness industry and aspire to help individuals of all ages live healthier and active lives.
