Accounts Operations Accelerator LEAD:

• Analyzed Partner's book of business to identify key areas requiring attention, such as engagement net unbilled inventories, margin adjustments through ETCs, estimate-to-complete reports, charged hours, backlog, account-wise revenue projections, and pricing plans. This enabled proactive monitoring and better management of engagement metrics, and a more streamlined, efficient operation.
• Led invoice process management for key engagements for a global investment banking client, streamlining billing operations, reducing administrative workload, and ensuring on-time, accurate invoicing, which improved team efficiency and met critical deadlines.
• Monitored the region’s pipeline to ensure opportunity lifecycle management, improving pipeline hygiene, and reducing past-due from 13% to 2%, setting a benchmark for other regions within the Americas.

Reporting:

• Initiated weekly pipeline and exception reports in Excel, automated past-due reminder emails, and developed a Power BI dashboard for the region to track pipeline status and changes in real time. Additionally, created an Alteryx workflow for revenue plan analysis, generating reports to identify gaps by account, helping leadership focus on high-performing accounts, and address underperforming ones. Developed sector- and solution-specific revenue Excel/PowerBI reports for the leadership.
• Delivered comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI for team members.

• Developed a healthcare dashboard during an internship using Tableau, advanced Excel & MySQL
• The dashboard included KPIs such as Patient Satisfaction Score, Staffing Ratios, Medication Error Rate, Employee Turnover Rate etc

• Developed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dashboard using MySQL, Power Query Editor, Power BI, and Excel
• Presented KPIs including new leads created, sales pipeline velocity, lost opportunities by stage, total lost opportunities, lost opportunities by reason etc
