I efficiently managed the loading and unloading operations, ensuring the safe movement and organization of goods. At the Return Processing Centre (RPC), I inspected and categorized returned items for proper handling. I also handled the picking and packing of delivery goods with precision to ensure accurate and timely shipments. Additionally, I generated bar codes for damaged products, improving inventory tracking and management.

I worked in the delivery department, ensuring efficient and timely dispatch of parcels by coordinating all logistics activities. I was responsible for updating e-way bills, which maintained accurate records and ensured regulatory compliance. I also prepared the OGPL sheet, streamlining documentation and facilitating seamless dispatch operations. Additionally, I arranged vehicles for parcel delivery and sent detailed MIS reports to credit customers, enhancing transparency and communication.

Conducted market research to analyze product positioning and identify opportunities. Additionally, identified key resource persons to effectively pitch our products and expand market reach.

Enhanced the inventory process by creating a Power BI dashboard to track departmental spending. Additionally, implemented a new automatic email system via Teams for streamlined communication and efficiency.
